COMPANY PROFILE

            

 

      Load Xperts Distributors Inc. is a newly found corporation whose office located at 402-403 Jose De Leon 111, Center Session Rd., Baguio City.

          The following is a small history in the evolution of Load Xperts Distributors, Inc.  In 2003, Smart E-Loading was birthed (believed to be an answer to the prayers of a lot of small entrepreneurs, making e loading business a channel for many blessings). Almost everyone uses this e- service, thus the demand for dealers and sub-dealers to fulfill the need of end users.  However, only a selected few were given the opportunity to become preferred business owners and be categorized as preferred sub-dealers. Eventually, e-loading business expanded over time, pushing competition for preference status became stronger and tougher.  Excellence in customer service and production became the measurement of performance for business desiring to be hand picked by the main distributor, Tiong San, now doing business as SureLoad.  Amongst these sub-dealers, were five businesses that were strategically positioned in their areas of expertise, thus advised to form corporation. They then named this new collaboration of experts and named themselves, Load Xperts Distribution Inc. 

Founded in 2008, the corporation has qualified members that are experienced in the Smart e-loading business since e-loading was introduced in the market. Our board members have served seventy percent (70%) of the market in Baguio-Benguet and Mt. Province area prior to the incorporation of its board members.

          Meet our team as board members.

          Evangeline (Vangie) T. Liceralde, president, and Reynaldo B. Liceralde, board member. This husband-wife duo started with the E-Loading business in the community of Aurora Hill, their resident community and was doing business as Rayvlin Xpert Telecom, a partnership business.  They later expanded to other communities like Post Office loop, Loakan, the public market place, BGH and the like. Their vision and achievement included financing motorbikes; scooters for their field agents, whose main goal were to help increase sales and production. Prior to incorporating of Load Xperts Distribution, Inc. their production volume was at 22M pesos per month.

 

Apolinario (Tito) Marrero, board member, pioneered E-load distribution in Mankayan, Benguet, where he also resides. He leads the company doing business as Highlands, a sole proprietary business. He also was a roving agent manager to a few businesses. Prior to joining Load Xperts Distributors, Inc. , his monthly record sales reached an average of 8 million pesos per month.

 

          Rolly Montoya, treasurer, manages and does business as Rolly’s Telecom, a sole proprietor business. His very popular business involved in selling phone kits, sim cards and other telecom products even before E-Loading was a business. Rolly’s telecom location is the public market area in downtown Baguio City. This strategically  located store fronts made Rolly ‘s Telecom, an incredibly accessible location as a reloading station, having this  numerous store outlets.  Rolly’s undeniable good business ethics made him a consistent Smart Awardee.  Prior to joining Load Experts Distributors, Inc. his volume production tops 13M pesos in monthly sales.

 

          Joel Ocampo, secretary, started his business doing buy and sell of cell phones and prepaid cards. He is a resident of La Trinidad, Benguet, thus gave him an opportune advantage to be the first business person to have a sub-dealer SIM in his area,  when he affiliated himself with Smart Wireless Center.  With his patience and hard work, he had been successful in expanding his network inside La-Trinidad, Benguet and all the vegetable stores that the family has  business contact with. Prior to joining Load Xperts Distributions Inc, his monthly sales production was close to 12M pesos.

 

          Since our incorporation in 2008, we have dedicated agents partnering with us who have been trained in the e-loading business. These agents bring with them their dedication and passion to reach the most remote area to deliver Smart diversified product lines to retailers.        

We have worked together with Smart Inc. for a record five years since 2003. We also have impressive sales increase and forecast. To date, we have received the Top Performing Sales award for three years in a row from Smart Sureload.

       Load Xperts Distributors, Inc. wide network of product distribution and marketing strategies can readily meet e- load demands 24/7. We accomplish our sales quota and forecast which we are most proud of. We are committed to work hard and do whatever it takes to continue the trend of our past achievement. We look forward to a more successful and productive years ahead of us.

      It is our company’s pride to have lead the e-loading business in our area, thus we have gathered great experience and expertise in the realm of e-loading business.
